Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use the Interface, we may collect:

• Technical data — your IP address and User-Agent (browser and device information) sent automatically with each request.
• Wallet address — the public address(es) you connect to the Interface.
• Telegram ID — only if you choose to link Telegram to receive notifications.
• In-app activity — actions you take in the Interface, such as ladders you create or close, presets you select, alerts and take-profit or stop-loss settings you configure, and pages you visit.

2. How we use it

We use the data above to:

• operate and provide the Interface — computing ladders, showing prices and positions, and building unsigned transactions for you to sign;
• keep the service secure — detecting and preventing abuse and fraud, rate-limiting, and protecting our infrastructure;
• send you the notifications you ask for, such as take-profit, stop-loss, and price alerts, via Telegram when you have linked it;
• diagnose problems and improve the reliability and quality of the Interface.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. On-chain data

Blockchains are public. Your wallet address, vault contract, transactions, and positions are recorded on-chain, where they are visible to anyone and are, by design, permanent.

This on-chain data is created and stored by public blockchain networks, not by LadderVault. It is outside our control, and neither we nor you can edit or delete it. Anything you do on-chain should be treated as public.

4. Cookies and local storage

We keep browser storage to a minimum. The Interface uses cookies and local storage for per-viewer conveniences — for example remembering your theme, language, session, or notices you have dismissed. These stay in your browser.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this storage from your browser at any time, though some conveniences may reset if you do.

5. Third parties

Some data is necessarily shared with the third-party services that make the Interface work:

• RPC and node providers — used to read on-chain data and broadcast your transactions; they may receive your IP address and the requests you make.
• Telegram — used to deliver notifications, if you choose to link it.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — used to run and serve the Interface.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, or to receive a copy of it. You can also disconnect your wallet or unlink Telegram at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Please note that rights which would require changing or deleting on-chain data cannot be fulfilled, because that data is public and outside our control.

8. Children

The Interface is not intended for anyone under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and we will note material changes in the Interface where feasible. Your continued use of the Interface after a change means you accept the updated policy.
